Usage

1. Switching Categories:

   • Click on any category button (Inbound, Outbound, Offline, Follow Up, Escalation, Email) to view notes in that category.

2. Copying Notes:

   • Click on a note to copy its content to the clipboard.
   
   

3. Editing Notes:

   • Right-click on a note and select Edit to modify the note.

4. Deleting Notes:

   • Right-click on a note and select Delete to remove the note.

5. Adding Notes:

   • Click the Add button to add a new note to the current category.

Contributing
