Enables drag and drop file selection

Adds drag and drop functionality for adding PDF files.

This enhancement allows users to add files to the merge list by dragging
them directly onto the application window or file list area, improving
user experience and workflow efficiency.

A new PyInstaller hook is also included to ensure correct bundling of the tkinterdnd2 library.
Also updates the app version to v1.1.0.
