Easy-to-use binary release

I feel the installation process is a barrier to many people trying out what is at the moment just a toy VR experience, so I am providing this binary release which is much easier to setup - just unzip the archive, turn on your VR headset and both controllers, and double click "poolvr.exe" !!!

Thanks to https://github.com/brentvollebregt/auto-py-to-exe, creating this self-contained release was an amazingly simple process!
