This release is a major revamp of the repository:

• upgrade faasd to 0.14.3
• upgrade inlets-pro to 0.9.1
• removed caddy in favor of inlets-pro HTTP server with Let's Encrypt support
• build a single image with faasd an inlets with inlets disable by default
• move from travis ci to github actions
• upgrade packer and packer arm plugin
