I have the feeling that the default settings for the WebRTC video filter / configuration may can be improved which increases also the overall look and feel.
This gives the user the option to change the video settings for saturation, brightness, and contrast, It is just adding a filter to the output.
I personally like it more when contrast and brightness is bit increased.
This PR should just serve as an idea / base for discussion if this really is wanted / useful also for others.
