This PR add a simulation of an Acoustic gunshot detector.
Precision is based on the PILAR V from Metravib Defence:
Acoustic gunshot detector data is displayed on tablet, vehicle map, and in vehicle HUD Horizontal compass.
This feature might be compute intensive, and is disabled by default.
