Prebuilt Binaries

Building from source is highly encouraged.
But, I've included the prebuilt binaries here for those who do not wish to do so.

Included is the CLI exe and .lib file as built on my machine.
The CLI can be used as is. If only the C++ interface is needed, YarnBall.lib can be linked against.
