🌟 Collaborative Sparks

Collaborative Sparks is a living, open-source knowledge garden for exploring and documenting practices of collaboration, governance, and distributed coordination. It is part of the ODIN Initiative and a featured project in the Season of Collaboration 2025.

Whether you're a writer, technologist, community builder, or curious explorer — you're welcome here. Drop by the ODIN Discord to say hello!

🧭 What This Site Is

  • A hub of articles on collaboration practices, governance models, and open source stewardship

  • A working example of open-source coordination using Astro, Tailwind, and Markdown

  • A place to share what you’re learning with others on the same path

🔥 Ways to Contribute

  • Write blog posts or articles on collaboration, Teal organizations, or open-source practices

  • Build or improve site features (we use Astro)

  • Provide feedback as a user tester or reader

Check out CONTRIBUTING.md for a full guide to getting involved.

💡 Project Origins

This project emerged during the Season of Collaboration, a 3-month experiment hosted by the ODIN community to explore network collaboration, self-organizing systems, and shared knowledge production.
