Notable Changes

• Changed Splash display to Common display and use it for displaying errors
• Display an error when configuration file is missing
• Display an error when WiFi is not available on startup
• Moved units and method per setting out of weather display
• Used more generic reusable approach to pulling data out of weather data.
• Normalized most code between Tempest project and this project.
• Fixed creating compiled version.

Known Issues

• Settings cannot always be entered via buttons
• Version is not displaying on splash screen
