Bug fix: Restored compatibility with Excel for Mac
Bug fix: Launching the form would throw an error on some localized Excel versions
Bug fix: Right vertical borders sometimes weren't recognized on blank cells
Bug fix: On some localized Excel versions, generated colors were invalid
Column format will be set relative to the last row only, improving performance on large tables
