Show reroll die prompt if move prompts are enabled #633

Currently, the "Reroll a die" action only shows a text input field when the "Prompt for rolls in Make a Move" setting is enabled. Changed to show the same die value selector as in all other moves intead, including the "Roll for me option".

If the "Prompt for rolls in Make a Move" setting is enabled, the "Reroll a die" action shows currently only a text field to enter the new die value. Adding now the same value selector as all other moves show when that setting is enabled, including the "Roll for me option".
