Open Beta 0.4

This is the first real release, as through tiding up a lot of issues were resolved. Also we now have an acceptable documentation, for new users.

We are still only at version 0.4 and have a lot to do. BUT there is no bad known error in this release, so while 0.2 was more Alpha then Beta. To make up for this we jump to 0.4.

This version is the first, which can call itself Beta Release.

Beta 0.2

First beta release. Everything seems to work, but there might still be some bugs. Also the code is not commented enough yet. 0.3 will soon follow - almost directly - with tidied up code and some bugfixes.
