DPTF Alpha Release for Chromium OS

This is the sixth build of the Alpha release for DPTF for Chromium OS (version 8.0.6). Ebuild files will be updated accordingly and submitted to Chromium OS source code tree so that DPTF can be integrated as part of the Chromium OS build.
Changes from the previous release (v8.0.5):
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.
