DPTF Alpha Release for Chromium OS

This is the fifth build of the Alpha release for DPTF for Chromium OS (version 8.0.5). Ebuild files will be updated accordingly and submitted to Chromium OS source code tree so that DPTF can be integrated as part of the Chromium OS build.

Changes from the previous release (v8.0.3):

• The assignments to CMAKE_C_COMPILER and CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER are removed as these assignments may cause adverse effects when building in Chromium OS Portage system.
