Khoi Bui Dinh

  • Current interests lie in developing bioinformatics pipelines, working with single-cell and spatial omics data, and benchmarking machine learning models for phenotypic prediction.

    • 🌕 Co-spatial: a Nextflow pipeline to preprocess & combine spatial epigenome-transcriptome data to unravel tissue's omics information

    • 🤖 Cervical cancer classifier: a signature-based model using bulk RNAseq data from combined human & viral counts to classify HPV+ cervical cancer
