This is pulled out of our GCC fork that we're using to build gccgo for vxworks/ppc. It only supports RTP mode, but I'm not sure why you'd use libbacktrace for the kernel.
Also fixes a bug checking for
getpagesizesupport in mmap.c and mmapio.c.
