Без добавления в программу объяснения работы линтеров перед пушем, этот PR не смёржить. Пока отложим |

Так вроде же деплой им нужен (действительно нужен) будет уже тогда, когда с линтерами они должны разобраться. До тех пор там и деплоить то нечего. Ну не задеплоилась (почти) пустая страница — не беда же. |

Упростил экшены:
cache— он не нужен, если экшенуsetup-nodeв опциюcacheуказать используемый менеджер пакетов.nameи прочие излишества — это просто информационный шум (как комментарии с названием блока перед селектором с тем же названием класса в стилях), без них даже проще читать.Могу сюда же добавить #93.
