What does this PR do?

Docs 2.0 🚀

this PR takes docs from a product-siloed, Stacks/Bitcoin split to a developer-first, workflow-oriented experience.

the release (Docs 2.0) will:

  • rebuild IA and navigation to surface all Hiro tools, platform features, and guides in one coherent structure.
  • no more ⁠/stacks vs ⁠/bitcoin fork.
  • introduce consistent page templates and a linear “Getting Started” path that cuts time-to-first-contract.
  • consolidate and index quick-starts/guides so new and returning devs can find anything—fast.
  • optimize every page for both human readers and AI agents.

Out of scope: content automation, and MCP server docs
