Command line switch '-n' bugfix

The command line switch '-n' has been fixed.

Tape checksum computation update

• Checksum computation command line switch '-t' has been added. The tape checksum computation start value can be specified '-t 12345' or checksum computation can be disabled '-t off'.

• Text to BASIC conversion bugfixes (comments at the end of tha data lines now accepted)

Bugfixes

Filename generation for WAV and TTP output has been fixed. Now it uses the original file name for name generation. The '-f' option has been added to append newly generated file content to an existing WAV or TTP file.
