Code and Data for manuscript submitted to The Cryosphere.

Due to file sizes, all files could not be uploaded to this repo. Gridded files can be downloaded freely from the NSIDC. A script is provided to download the data used in this analysis. The script can be found in data/nsidc_download.sh

A free NASA Earthdata Login account is needed to access these data. The script can be called by passing a username and password with the following call

./nsidc_download.sh -u <uid> -p <pwd>
