you will need a folder named wallpapers inside Pictures home folder containing all wallpapers
$ pwd
/home/user/Pictures/wallpapers
this will map the Wallpapers folder so Pywal can work and set the color scheme according to the chosen wallpaper.
to install all these tools
yay -S hyprland hyprlock dunst hyprsunset hypridle waybar grim slurp swappy rofi dmenu greenclip fish wl-clipboard nemo ghostty librewolf pasystray swww
sudo pacman -S python-pywal
