Sequential decision problems

Implementation of the models from the book Sequential Decision Analytics and Modelling in Python by Warren Powell.

Overview of the problems

Simple restaurant inventory problem (Section 2.3.1 in the book)

A pizza restaurant has to decide how many pounds of sausage to order from its food distributor. The restaurant has to make the decision at the end of day t, communicate the order which then arrives the following morning to meet tomorrow’s orders. If there is sausage left over, it can be held to the following day. The cost of the sausage, and the price that it will be sold for the next day, is known in advance, but the demand is not.
