Expanded User Manual & Example Workbook

1. Expanded ReadMe with 3,500 word step-by-step guide to using the tool.
2. Removed Field Planting Schedule sheet from workbook because it is redundant with the Calendar sheet.
3. Added Example workbook showing what the tool looks like when it has been filled in.

Annual Plan corrections

1. Corrected Base Income formula in cell B10 of the Annual Plan sheet.
2. Added Yearly / Monthly payment toggle to Annual Plan sheet.

Cleaner Intro and Annual Plan sheets

1. Cleaned up Intro sheet to make order of execution more clear.
2. Cleaned up Annual Plan sheet to improve layout.
3. Added Debt / Equity select tool on the Annual Plan sheet. This allows users who are self-financing to more accurately track performance.
4. Replaced IRR calculation on the Annual Plan sheet with Net Present Value calculation.

First (working) release

This is the first fully-functional release of my Market Garden Crop Planner. It has been preloaded with crop and climate reference data geared to the subtropical climate of Louisville, Kentucky. Any user feedback on the design, practicality, and data quality of the tool would be greatly appreciated.
