We are seeing frequent Kokoro VM timeouts with the 45 minute setting. Even successful builds take 38 mins which is close, so increasing the timeout to 1 hour.

I will say I'm a little suspicious. Some of the timeout failures stalled early in the build. I guess maybe the log is incomplete if the build times out. But I'm suspicious something else might be going on (as well?). |
