toolbox-llamaindexpackage into the MCP Toolbox Python SDK Monorepo.Added README in a follow up PR: #193.
Note: To migrate our Github releases, we'll create a new
toolbox-llamaindexrelease in this repo (clean up the release notes manually). This would allow us to create any subsequent releases in this repo.
