• meet smart home user needs
• maintain the temperature around the set-point value Tsp = 22°C with a tolerance of Δ = 2°C;
• maintain battery State-of-Charge (SoC) in [0.1 0.9] range.

Optimization Problem:

• Mixed-integer Model Predictive Control (MPC) problem
