forum_events

Moodle plugin that hooks into the Moodle Events API and sends the events via forum.

It has settings for changing:

• Enabling/disabling foruming of events
• Default forum subject
• Default forum body
• forum to role

Each event has:

• Moodle event name
• forum subject
• forum body
• Active/inactive

Installation

1. Download the plugin from https://github.com/getsmarter/moodle-local_forum_events
2. Copy files to /local/forum_events and visit your Admin Notification page to complete the installation.
3. Go to Site Administration > Plugins > Local Plugins > forum_events.io > Events to manage events.
