feat(go): refactor initial guide pages

Part of a refactoring initiative for the Go SDK docs pages. This PR mostly aims for consistency among all it's guides index pages. Things changed:

• Every page uses the getting-started-config to avoid snippets not correctly including all available onboarding options.
• Make snippets pastable (thus removing main function and whole package declarations).
• Divide parts of the snippets to different sections (Install, Configure, Options, Verify). Aim for pages to follow this format if possible.

Looks good and makes sense to me from a structure/language standpoint. I'm not very familiar with Golang, so let's try and have a Go dev review the code samples as well 🤙
