Overview

This project contains a set of makefiles and data to return genes which are known to be imprinted in humans, and can then be used in follow-on analyses.

Combined Data Files

imprinted_genes.txt -- contains a list of the imprinted genes

imprinted_genes_information.txt -- contains the information for the list of the imprinted genes

imprinted_genes_mouse.txt -- contains a list of the imprinted genes in mice

imprinted_genes_information_mouse.txt -- contains information for the list of imprinted genes in mice. (This currently doesn't exist because I don't have code to calculate this in other taxa.)
