Removes the
Create Empty Sidereal TargetandCreate Empty Target of Opportunitybuttons from the target search dialog. The add target button is re-labeled to+ Target(at the request of Andy) and is now a SplitButton with the above options in the drop down menu.This is a precursor to the blind offset UI changes and prevents a proliferation of buttons in the target search dialog.
