Devcontainer bun template

Minimal template repo containing only a .devcontainer that boots an Alpine image with bun installed. BUN_VERSION is set in the Dockerfile as:

ARG BUN_VERSION=1.2.20

Purpose

Starter container for creating "what used to be Node" apps (React, Vite, Next, etc.) — safe, fast, minimal, bun-first.

Quick start

1. Clone this repo.
2. Open in VS Code and choose Reopen in Container (or use Remote - Containers).
3. The container installs bun (version defined by ARG BUN_VERSION) and the listed extensions.

Change bun version

Edit the Dockerfile ARG BUN_VERSION=... and rebuild the container.
