Hi 👋 My name is

Gabriel Souza

🎓 I'm Technical Support Analyst!

I am an Information Technology professional with extensive experience in technical support, network monitoring, and IT infrastructure. I currently work as a Network and IT Back Office Specialist at Proxxima Telecom, where I work with tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, ERP systems, and network equipment (OLTs, ONUs/ONTs, switches, and routers). I have extensive experience in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and process automation to ensure high availability and infrastructure performance.

I have a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Maurício de Nassau College and have had significant experience at institutions such as INSS, Necxt Orbitall, and Casa Galiotto.
