The Makevars is automatically generated based on the Makevars.in to have system specific paths. So we don't want to provide the Makevars only the Makevars.in and *.win. Add Makevars to .gitignore!

@matteodelucchi sorry, this is my bad. The Install workflows are still called on_label..._, however, they now run on push to main, so the https://github.com/furrer-lab/abn/labels/ubuntuInstall%3A%3Acheck does not do anything.

Probably both would make sense, so we can still run the build on label.
