  Rework validation to include more/better validations (many from gedantic), more informative feedback from validation process, better control over autorepair. Rework custom tags entirely. Add adapters over custom tags to make it easy to access the custom tags defined by third party products. The only changes required were to update imports for the enums which are now in their own package.
