Motivation
Some of Anvil's blockchain error messages could be improved, as they currently provide limited context, do not always explain the underlying cause, and often lack guidance on how to resolve the issue.
Solution
Enhanced error messages in crates/anvil/src/eth/error.rs to make them more informative and actionable.
