avoid the need for a separate boolean flag to check if ECA is enabled. Removing need to set sfdc.oauth.useExternalClientApp flag. Set two of the following 4: sfdc.oauth.Production.eca.clientid sfdc.oauth.Production.eca.clientsecret OR sfdc.oauth.Sandbox.eca.clientid sfdc.oauth.Sandbox.eca.clientsecret
