Change terminal size on toggle based on keymap

I use <m-q> to toggle the terminal, I really love the default settings, but occasionally, I wish the terminal was larger, like 100% of the screen height.

The idea is:

• <m-q> toggles the terminal with default size
• <m-Q> toggles it with 0.9 height

Anyone know if there is a better way to implement this? I was able to make iot work with this, but it feels like I am missing something obvious:
