This project is to see published geoserver wms layer with a basemap.

TODOS:

• Make layers are dragable
• Select a feature when map is clicked
• css files will be scss
• Use a bundler webpack, parcel etc.
• Convert jsx files to tsx files(Use Typescript)
• Write some test codes and connect to travis
