POC of Devices Project

See first the index.yml inside the devices-templates directory. Every device is defined inside the manufacturer directory. Inside every manufacturer directory is present a index.yml file with the pointer of the devices description file like "device-name.yml".

Every instance of a device is defined inside device-instances directory. The index.yml file inside the directory "devices-instances" define the list of intances and the corresponding name of files.
