Problem Description
This PR ports the test example script that allows to run the planner.
This is a follow up PR where the example was not fully ported in ethz-asl/terrain-navigation#73
I have switched my default work environment to ROS 2 now, so will be more active on the ROS 2 side of terrain-navigation 😄
