Description
This PR adds a Tamil translation of the README.md file to improve accessibility for Tamil-speaking users and contributors. The translation covers the entire document, including sections on features, installation, usage, and more, while preserving the original markdown structure, links, badges, and code blocks.
Changes Made
Created README.ma.md with a complete Tamil translation of the English README.md.
Ensured all links, images, and formatting remain intact.
Added a language badge for Tamil in the header (README.ta.md)) to match the existing multilingual setup.
Motivation
DB-GPT already supports multiple languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi). Adding Tamil expands its reach to a broader global audience, encouraging more diverse contributions.
Testing
Verified the markdown renders correctly (no broken links or formatting issues).
Ran basic checks for grammar and consistency in translation.
