Description
This PR adds a Malayalam translation of the README.md file to improve accessibility for Malayalam-speaking users and contributors. The translation covers the entire document, including sections on features, installation, usage, and more, while preserving the original markdown structure, links, badges, and code blocks.
Changes Made
Created README.ma.md with a complete Malayalam translation of the English README.md.
Ensured all links, images, and formatting remain intact.
Added a language badge for Malayalam in the header (README.ma.md)) to match the existing multilingual setup.
Motivation
DB-GPT already supports multiple languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi). Adding Malayalam expands its reach to a broader global audience, encouraging more diverse contributions.
Testing
Verified the markdown renders correctly (no broken links or formatting issues).
Ran basic checks for grammar and consistency in translation.
