  • isActiveRegistrationV1 considered active if not owned by migration controllers
    • changed from uint256 to bytes32
  • implements ICompositeExtendedResolver
    • added getResolver()
    • added requiresOffchain()
  • implements IVerifiableResolver
  • added inflight logic and tests (zero downtime during migrating/bridging)
  • added more tests
• updated PermissionedRegistry.burn() to retain registry/resolver
