Warning: The setup script overwrite files in your home directory. Use at your own risk!

Some applications require additional permissions for the system. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility
and check the following applications.
Bartender 3.app
DeepL Helper.app
Magnet.app
Sip.app
You can backup and restore Atom packages after executing the scripts above.
# Restore packages
$ apm install --packages-file ~/.atom/packages.list
# Backup packages
$ apm list --installed --bare | grep '^[^@]\+' -o > ~/.atom/packages.list
$ .. # cd ..
$ ... # cd ../..
