• adds functions to set parameters and run full auto trace mode;
• fixes macro functions' logic and handling of optional parameters;
• changes how ROI diameter is set for the tracing;
• adds "set ROI diameter" to semi-auto mode;
• fixes de novo rendering of curves with a single antialiased centerline, it was invisible before.
• code refactor and cleaning;
