Shelly CLI Tool

Installation

Run the installation script:

chmod +x install.sh launch.sh
./install.sh

Create an .env file and place your Groq API Key:
```
  GROQ_API_KEY="YOUR_API_KEY_HERE"
```
Launch shelly as such:
```
shelly
```
