Lombok was introduced before certain Java features, such as records, were available. Removing it simplifies build setup and reduces cognitive load when reading code.
The esmf-sdk-test-report module has been removed, so the overrides in the modules are not required anymore

Description
The
esmf-sdk-parentartifact could be used as a Maven BOM for a long time, butthis has not been documented until now. This PR documents this feature.
