D3toPapaya

D3.js and Papaya come together to create an interactive GUI for visualizing and understanding patient medical imaging data.

#Acknowledgements Papaya Medical image viewer supports: -NIFTI (.nii and .nii.gz) -DICOM (compressed/uncompressed, big/little endian, implicit/explicit types)

D3.js displays the patient data.
