v0.2 - AppiumRunner - Now with settings permanently stored!

With this version now the project has a more or less a look.

• Now you can tweak your output and appium location via settings dialog.
• All settings are now stored and are reused on each launch.
• About dialog is now present, so you don't forget who gave you pleasure to use the program :)

First release - v0.1

Basic functionality: To launch appium with specified parameters. In fact, you can launch any app at the moment :)
This is to be fixed in the future.
