They still work because they go to the overview article at a bookmark named after the ID. I kept the bookmarks, moving them to the table instead of a section heading.

I think ideally, we'll update the dotnet/aspire source to point to the actual articles—right? That's what this issue is to track? dotnet/aspire#8936
